Summer Update

I thought I should probably update this page, it's been quite some time.

I took Drawing 3 during the first summer session at Herron. It was alright, I've got a couple interesting pieces out of it but I haven't taken pictures of anything yet. There's so much artwork I should put up on this site, but I honestly would rather not bother with it.

I went to Beaver Island for a couple weeks and got to reunite with all my friends there. It was amazing and I would give anything to be going to B.I.'s Music Fest that is being held as I type. Oh well, next year I suppose.

I'm working a lot because I'm hopefully getting my own place soon...

I'm also working on a pen portrait that is very close to being finished so head's up for that in the next week.

Molly. You're work is really, really good. I'm just now getting into art, and to be honest, looking at your pieces makes me very jealous. Very good stuff all around. Especially like the gesture drawings and the ballpoint stuff.

I'm at purdue. Things are pretty good. Liking my classes. I'm majoring in industrial design, so I'm taking art classes for the very first time :P. It's interesting. Difficult. I have a tendency to draw the idea of what I think things should look like, instead of drawing what they actually do look like. But I'm getting there.
